AbstractMalignant fibrous histiocytoma (MFH) is a high grade and aggressive sarcoma accounting for around 20% of soft tissue sarcomas. These tumors rarely arise in the head and neck. A case of malignant fibrous histiocytoma of the right upper alveolus in a lady is described. The clinical features, investigative modalities, diagnostic features and management is described.
