Abstract

Healthcare forms a novel field of technological development. Smartwatches and smart bands which are in widespread use help in monitoring the health status of the wearer and have foundmany uses including monitoring pulse rate, oxygen levels, number of footsteps, and calorie calculator. New series AppleTM smartwatches can generate, record, and interpret ECG within seconds in an easier and more reliable method. Hence it has the potential to transform healthcare.
