Abstract

Incidence of back pain related to disc prolapse is higher in morbid obesepatients. Treatment options including epidural injections and surgery is difficult in such patients. Here we are discussing a case of successful Hybrid technique for caudal epidural steroid injection in a morbidly obese patient.
