Journal Description

The Meat Science International (MSI) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal is dedicated to disseminate of interdisciplinary and international knowledge on all the factors which influence the properties of meat. The journal publishes papers of high quality original research, editorial comments, review articles and news in all areas of meat science. Scope of the journal includes: processing, preparation, distribution, cooking, consumption and consumer acceptability.
