Abstract

This paper discusses the meaning of consortia as well as concept, need and benefits of Library Consortia and emphasized on a particulars of CeRA (Consortium for e-Resources in Agriculture), which is an unique Consortia launched on 30th April 2008 by IndianAgricultural Research Institute (IARI) New Delhi and gives its importance, Features and Facilities to the users.
